The farm is divided into18 camps of varying sizes ranging from 7 hectares to 45 hectares - the camps being separated by 2.4 meter high game fencing. The grazing is mostly sweet grass. The farm is serviced by a number of boreholes which provide water in abundance for both the animals and human consumption. There is currently a substantial number of game on the farm, which consist of a herd of buffalo, herds of Golden Wildebeest with a substantial number of F1, F2 and F3 split females (most of them pregnant), and herds of Impala (Rooibok). Among the Rooibok, there are 7 Black Impala rams, and a good number of F1 female splits. Saddleback Impala have been observed but the numbers are uncertain. Over and above these animals, there are currently also about 200 Impalas and 40 Blue Wildebeest, but these will be traded off for only the exotics to remain.
The farm also boasts a 4 bedroomed home with a bathroom, kitchen, scullery, lounge and dining room and a number of outbuildings in the form of sheds and/or storage facilities.
The asking price of R10, 7 million excludes VAT and the animals, but the animals can be acquired by separate negotiation.
