On Wednesday 13 March 2013 the Institute of Estate Agents, Western Cape, will host a property law update information session at the Yacht Club in Langebaan, from 9:30am to 11:30am.
This session, says Annette Evans, PropStats manager for the Institute, is designed to give agents on the West Coast a great opportunity to bring their legal, financial and qualification queries to be answered or discussed and to give them a chance to network with other property professionals in the area.
The speakers will be Grant Butler from Copestone Financial Solutions, who will cover bond origination and why it is important; Tim Lewis from Currencies Direct, who will talk about foreign exchange matters; Ismaiel Mohamed from Marlon Shevelew and Associates, who will discuss rental arrear collections and dealing with defaulting tenants; and Mary-Jane Lefevre from Rodel, who will talk about bridging finance options.
The cost of this information morning will be R60 for non-members and R30 for members.
