Still on a positive side of life, Choprop, a South African BEE agency is amongst the winning companies of the esteemed International Property Awards in the 2013 African regional competition. Did you know that Heritage day wouldn’t have been a public holiday had the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP), a political party with a large Zulu membership – signed the Public Holiday’s Bill that excluded Shaka Day, a day that commemorated the famous Zulu King, Shaka?

The Public Holiday Bill was to be presented to the Parliament of South Africa but the IFP refused to sign it. To cut a long story short, a concession was made, Shaka Day was included in a bill but it was then renamed Heritage day. Anyway, enough with the politics, see an article titled National Braai Day Recipe to complete your cuisine on the National Braai Day.
