FROM THE EDITOR

It is always pleasing to kick off the weekend with a dosage of some good news especially after the country was hit by yet another petrol price increase, a week or so ago.

According to a report by Betterbond, SA’s mortgage origination group, the prospect of home ownership has been brought closer for many more South Africans over the past few months, thanks to some exciting shifts in bank lending practices. See an article titled Banking changes improve access to home ownership for more.

Have you ever been in a situation where you had extra money but never knew where to invest it in? See an article titled Your bond is still the best investment to learn how you can use your Bond's Access Facility to grow your savings.

If you feel that the Bond's Access Facility method is not really cut for you, how about reading an article titled On-going upswing in demand makes Tshwane commercial property a sound proposition for more investment options.

We also have something for our Golf loving readers. Heinrich Bruiners carded a 1-under 71 on Friday to cruise to a 5-stroke victory at the Vodacom Origins of Golf. Read more on Bruiners cruises to win in South Africa

Enjoy!
