Lanice Steward, managing director of Knight Frank Residential SA has remarked that Cape Town property prices are trending higher than last year and still higher than the national average. This is following John Loos’ latest FNB House Price Index pointing out that the property market is solid and that property prices have risen 8,6% year on year.
